Jobs Description:

The role of Sr. Client Care Support representative will be with the World Class Customer Support team in Manila, Philippines, and responsible for the needs of those clients and partners. Inbound phone calls will be used to provide support from various geographical locations.

  • Sr. Client Care Representatives can provide support for Partner/Acquire Solutions and clients that are integrating with Authorize.Net
  • Responds to client requests quickly, proficiently, and professionally while meeting quality expectations.
  • You should read each of your support cases and try to solve the issue. If you cannot solve the issue on your own, then you should escalate to a higher level.
  • Creating commitment by analyzing client feedback to measure Net Promoter Scores, Customer Satisfaction Rates, and Repeat Contact Rates.
  • It’s important to measure time as well as output when user experience is your focus
  • Explains how the company is committed to effective leadership by following Visa’s principles

This is a hybrid position. There is an expectation for there to be an alternate in time between remote and office. Employees in hybrid positions are expected to work from the office two days out of the week, Tuesday and Wednesday with a general understanding of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
