Job Description:

A Customer Champion Lead/ Insights Lead creates the customer’s voice channel for the company to ensure that it listens and is responsive to these voices.

In order to be successful, Customer Champions will have to take on customer service initiatives and make customer satisfaction their top priority. They are in charge of taking on team members who will be able to understand what the customers seek out of them and rescue the situation efficiently.

In order to provide their customers with a truly excellent customer experience, companies need to have their customer champions who can investigate the root cause and effect relationships, evaluate the data, and use insights to link customer data back to processes. They should be able to correlate FCR, eNPS, Resolution, Compliance, TBE, and Strength of Offer with actions that maintain an excellent customer experience.

Qualification

  1. Must have leadership experience for at least 1 year (TL/ Coach/Project Lead)
  2. Must have demonstrable experience in effectively engaging with the business
  3. Can build relationships quickly with key internal and external business partners
  4. Proactive versus reactive in anticipating training delivery needs
  5. Rises to challenges and thrives in a fast-paced demanding environment
  6. Has a deep understanding of Inbound Call Centre Metrics Highly Analytical
  7. Above-average Microsoft Office knowledge
  8. Able to demonstrate reasoning and can communicate training deployment plans
  9. Above-average facilitation skills
  10. Customer Service Oriented
  11. Can-do attitude
  12. Strong interpersonal skills
